The iPhone Dev-Team of jailbreak hackers say they will release a new unlock for the iPhone 4 "within 48 hours".After jailbreaking, look for an app called Ultrasn0w (the 0 is a zero) in Cydia and run it to network unlock your phone so it will work on any carrier's SIM.
The version of Ultrasn0w in Cydia at the moment will unlock 3G and 3GS iPhones. The expected new version will also unlock the new iPhone 4.
