A couple of days ago, Flipboard was named by Apple as "iPad App Of The Year" and justifiably so.
I used to describe the app as a magazine-style newsreader, but it's more than that. And with a new update, even more so.
Users can now browse Flickr photos and feeds from their Google Reader account as well as Twitter.
The app recently added Facebook integration, and that's got better.: you can post status updates, and pics from anywhere within Flipboard. In fact, the Facebook integration is now very simple and sleek and, remembering Facebook have refused to release a specific iPad app, much needed.
