Here's a slap in the face for US carrier AT&T.
The influential Consumer Reports says it's the lowest rated cell-phone carrier in the country.
It carried out a survey of 58,000 readers and found of all the carriers rated, AT&T was the only one to drop significantly in overall satisfaction.
In fact, it came lowest in all aspects of service - except texting.
AT&T has the exclusive rights to the iPhone in the US, and half the people surveyed were iPhone owners.
It rumoured Apple will soon be ending those exclusive rights and another US carrier, Verizon, will be getting the iPhone as well.
