How To Jailbreak iOS4.2.1 iPhone iPad and iPod Touch



Redsn0w is the official jailbreak developed by the iPhone Dev-Team and it works on the latest iOS4.2.1 on all devices - iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.

BUT...it only gvies an UNTETHERED jailbreak on older devices. On newer ones, including the iPad, the iPhone 4, and newer iPhone 3GS and Touch,  it gives a TETHERED jailbreak, which means you may have to run Redsn0w again on your computer if you reboot your iDevice.
