Nokia is stepping up its legal action against Apple.
The Finnish mobile giant has filed 13 more patent infringement claims in the UK, Germany and Holland. They're on top of 10 claims already made
Nokia says Apple used technology in its mobile devices that it wasn't entitled to, including 3G and WiFi.
Earlier this year, Apple counter-sued and has accused Nokia of infringing Apple patents.
Cases like this are not uncommon in tech industries and usually result in money being handed over and cases dropped. But the Nokia-Apple legal battle has been rumbling on for more than a year and look set to escalate.
