The UK newspaper, The Sunday Times, will go live with its iPad app on Sunday December12.
The app will be a download from the Apple App Store and the digipaper will cost £1.79, compared to the print edition at £2.20.
Sunday Times owners, News Corp, say the downloadable edition will feature 12 sections, including three magazines, and "a seven-day, interactive TV guide".
The £1.79 price is for a one-off download. There are other subscription options here.
The paper follows its sister publication, The Times, which has been on the iPad since the device was launched earlier this year at a subscription of £10 a week.
