iPhone jailbreak guru George Hotz - Geohot - is to fight an attempt by Sony to get a Restraining Order after he hacked its PlayStation3 games console.
In his defence, Geohot says he has no intention of selling or supporting any "devices that facilitate piracy or counterfeiting".
His lawyer also says Sony is out of order by making the legal moves in California, when Geohot doesn't live in the State.
