It seems if you do a parody Twitter account, you have to say it's a parody.
Case in point: ceoSteveJobs, which everyone knows isn't the real Steve Jobs and which can be very funny.
Cult of Mac reported that the account was shut down because it impersonated someone, which is against Twitter rules.
But it's now back up. Although the profile has been changed to make it clear it's a spoof.
