The BBC has released an iPlayer app for iPads. It's free to download and use and it's live now in the Apple App Store.
The app is only available in the UK store, although the BBC has said there will be an international version, probably on subscription and probably released first the the UN in the summer.
The app provides live feeds of BBC TV and radio channels as well as the catch-up content.
There's no iPhone version, you'll have to make do with the optimised iPlayer website, but the BBC has also released an Android app, which works on smartphones. You'll need to be running Android 2.2.
