It's reported that a company in Cambridge, UK, is offering potential employees a free iPad if they go through a job interview.
One of the country's largest software firms, Autonomy, has apparently introduced the novel recruitment method "to attract the best applicants". Get invited for an interview and get an iPad even if you don't get the job.
Autonomy boss Mike Lynch is quoted saying dangling an iPad gets the best candidates through the door. He says another firm is offering iPhones.
