Google Mail has enabled its Priority Inbox feature on all iOS devices - iPhone iPad and iPod Touch - using its web app.
Priority Mail marks mail you concider important to make it easier to go though a full inbox.
You must have it enabled by accessing your Google Mail account on the web. It will then show up on your iDevice.
It's also been enabled for Android devices.
