Motorola Super Bowl Swipe At Apple

Christina Aguilera may have got the words of the National Anthem wrong, Black Eyed Peas may have sung out-of-tune, and Arianna Huffington may have used the occasion to announce her Post sell-out...but did you see the Motorola ad for its soon-to-be-released Xoom tablet?

Motorola used the Super Bowl ad break to take another swipe at Apple's 1984 Big Brother TV ad, and remembering the Super Bowl commands the most expensive TV advertising fees, perhaps this is why Motorola are planning to charge a whacking $800 for their "iPad-killer".

There was also a 33-second ad for "The Daily", but it was pretty dull  and it's only News Corp paying News Corp.
