iPhones come with Voice Control which is pretty useless. You hold the Home button and give your phone set commands for contacts etc. And most of the time you get something quite random.
Now developer Chpwn has released Voice Activator for jailbroken iPhones and it works well. You can set your own commands.
It's particularly useful for people with sight problems and adds a lot to make the iPhone more accessible to users who find seeing the screen difficult.
You can create custom actions like open apps, enter text, and open webpages.
It's not the cheapest of apps at $4.99 but for some it could change the way you use your iPhone.
