Update: Panic over...Saurik now says it was a fault with Amazon Servers and nothing to do with Apple blocking. He says it's now been fixed.
This is a tweet from iPhone hacker chpwn. It claims Apple has blocked Amazon servers where Cydia store owner, Jay "Saurik" Freeman stores jailbreakers SHSH blobs.
They're small identifier files that are needed if iDevice jailbreakers need to go back to an earlier iOS version. The SHSH blobs verify the installation of the software because Apple no longer allows "downgrading".
So far, Saurik hasn't commented.
