TechCrunch is reporting that Twitter has bought TweetDeck for $40-50-million.
It says the deal will be announced in the next couple of days.
There's been increasing speculation that Twitter wanted to acquire the tweet-reading app, which has versions for PCs. smartphones and tablets.
