There's a novel new free iPhone alarm app in the Cydia app store on jailbroken devices.
It's called MathAlarm and with the tweak installed a pop up screen appears when your alarm sounds. To snooze it or switch it off, you've got to solve a maths question. It'll either waken you up ready to solve any problem of the day or you'll just switch your iPhone off and stay asleep all day.
