Apple has released an update to iTunes, bringing it to version 10.4.
The update is mainly for people who've upgraded their Macs to OS X Lion, which was also released today.
The iTunes update brings full-screen viewing with Lion. It also notches up iTunes to a full 64-bit Cocoa application, which should make it speedier.
The update is gradually being rolled out worldwide, so you can "Check For Updates" in iTunes. If the update hasn't reached you yet, you can get 10.4 here.
