Even I'm fed up doing Lion-about-to-be-released stories. So, I promise this will be the last one.
It seems the Mac OS X Lion update for Apple PCs is likely to be out on Wednesday, July 20. It's reported Apple Store staff have been told some of them are working overnight tonight. This is presumably to update store displays and to load Lion onto display machines.
9to5mac says the new operating system has arrived at stores on portable hard-discs ready to be loaded onto iMacs and laptops for the public to play with.
All Apple is saying is Lion will be out in July. When it is eventually released, it will only be available as a download in the Mac App Store. Apple says it will cost $29.99, which should translate to £20.99 in the UK app store.
