Remember the US patent-trolling company, Lodsys, which is threatening iOS app developers - mainly small ones - with legal action claiming it owns the rights to in-app purchasing systems?
Well, it's back and it's now going for big developers - really big ones - including Angry Birds creator Rovio.
Also on the list are Atari, Electronic Arts and Take-Two Interactive.
Lodsys has amended its original legal complaint to include the new defendants.
Lodsys wants the developers who use in-app purchases to cough up licence money for the patent use. Apple has said its payments for the patents cover developers selling apps in the Apple App Store.
