Redmond Pie is reporting that the hugely popular Swype text input method has been ported to the iPhone - unofficially.
The official Swype lets Android owners use their phone's virtual keyboard by swiping your finger across letters. Text input on a smartphone is much faster.
There's now an unofficial version of Swype in the Cydia app store on jailbroken devices. It's free but it's in beta and Redmond Pie says there are bugs and auto-correct often doesn't work properly. But it's a start.
You have to add a new repository to Cydia - wynd.x10.mx/repo
