It looks like Apple is getting tough with people using "unofficial" test versions of the forthcoming iOS5.
The new operating system for iPhone iPad and iPod Touch is due for public release in the autumn, but app developers can already get beta or test versions to use for testing their apps and feeding back to Apple. You must have a developers account with Apple, which costs $99 a year.
Some "developers" are selling-on access to iOS5 beta to make a profit and it's reported these "developers" are having their accounts cancelled. As newer beta versions are released, older ones are deactivated, leaving devices unusable.
