Apple Fined Over Locationgate In Korea

Remember locationgate? It was discovered iPhones and iPads were tracking and storing your movements.  Apple insisted it was doing nothing wrong but it made changes in an iOS update that cut the amount of info being stored and stopped it being synced with PCs.

Different countries have different privacy laws and one with very strict rules is South Korea, where a court has now fined Apple the equivalent of £2,000.

Apple is facing charges in other countries as well, including France, Germany and Italy.
