Well, Engadget has noticed that Apple may be starting to comply. A micro-USB adapter has crept into the Apple Store for release on October 14 - the same day as the iPhone 4S is unleashed on the public.
Presumably it means Apple is at least considering having micro-USB ports built into its devices in the future.
They're flogging the adapter for £8.
