It seems courts are getting less likely to grant banning orders in the continuing patents battle between Apple and Samsung. A judge in Sydney has lifted a ban won by Apple against the sale of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 slate in Australia.
It means Samsung can get the device back on shelves in time for the Christmas shopping rush.
Apple won the temporary ban in July claiming Samsung had "slavishly copied" the iPad.
It comes after Samsung failed to win a ban on the iPhone 4S in France.
