Oh, no. It's not. Look closely. That says Samsung on the shirt. And that phone...it's a Galaxy. My mistake.
As the Samsung-Apple patent trial ends with Apple being awarded more than $1bn damages, the South Korean company has opened a new store in Sydney. And, according to The Sydney Morning Herald, it look uncannily like the Apple store just a block away.

Mmmmm. Uncanny. What's the betting this store opening gets at least a mention from Apple lawyers at the patent trial.
