Turkey has been something of a no-go area for the first wave of Windows Phone devices, but it's now reported that Nokia will be taking on the country with its Lumia WP8 smartphones.
An official launch for the Lumia 920 and 820 is being planned by Nokia in Turkey for November 21, which presumably means deals are being done with carriers. No news as yet from other manufacturers, like HTC.
