Neo is a Chinese high-tec manufacturer that makes goods for companies like Lenovo and Huawei...and it's promising a smartphone that will be available running Windows Phone 8.1 and Android.
It's not yet clear if the Neo M1 will be dual-boot or if it will be separate devices for the two operating systems. We're thinking the latter is more likely.
The company says it will launch sales for the Android version (and not even the latest version of Android, but 4.2) on April 25 with the Windows Phone version to follow.
It sounds like a nice device...5" screen and aluminium sides and back.
The company says the selling price will be $179.99 but first orders will have a price cut of "about 50%".
