Microsoft to give free Office 365 subscription with new "affordable" Lumias

Lumia 640

Microsoft has announced two new Lumia smartphones and both will come with one year free subscription to the Office 365 suite of apps - Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Both are mid-range devices: the Lumia 640 will come in 3G and 4G variants, with the 4G version expected to sell for about £130.

The other new device is the Lumia 640 XL, which is a replacement for the 1320. It has a big screen, although not as big as its predecessor - 5.7" vs 6". It's expected to cost about £180.
