Major update for Vine Windows Phone app, now allows video uploads from Camera Roll

The official Windows Phone Vine app has been updated with several new features including uploading videos from your phone's Camera Roll.

New camera tools: Now you have more ways to make your Vine just how you want it.

• You can import videos from your camera– from the capture screen, simply tap the new icon in the bottom left corner.

• Edit your Vine by rearranging clips or deleting those you don’t want to use.

• Save your drafts, so you can come back to them later.

Vine messages: Share Vines with friends, privately, via Vine messages(VMs). Tap the new Messages icon at the top right to send a VM and see what’s been sent to you. You can also send text messages.

Loop counts: See how many times people have watched a Vine loop. Loops are counted on Vine and across the web, including in embeds and on other networks like Twitter.

Redesigned Activity feed: View the activity around your account and Vines more quickly and easily.

• New milestones let you know when you’re getting a lot of activity, for example if one of your Vines gets a lot of likes or loops.

• You’ll also find out when your friends join Vine. Follow them or send them a “Welcome” VM!

Profile colors: Customize your profile by picking a color from Settings.

This new version of Vine for Windows Phone is available today for Windows 8.1 devices.
