iOS4 And (Probably) iPhone 4 Can Be Unlocked

The new iPhone operating system, iOS4, should be available as an update for everyone on iTunes tomorrow. And the good new is it seems you will be able to unlock it to use on all mobile networks.
It looks like the version that will ship with the new iPhone 4 on Thursday will be unlockable too.

It's thought a jailbreak will be released fairly soon after iOS4, followed by an unlock.
