Customers in the US have started receiving their iPhone 4s - two days early.
Apparently, it was a mistake by the delivery company. But already You Tube is filling with the first hands-on customer reviews of the new phone.
It also sparked the established reviewers in the States - who've had review iPhone 4s in their hands for several days - to jump the Apple embargo and release their findings.
