Dare I say it again. Ok, I will. The iPhone 4 is released in the UK next Thursday, June 24.
Here's an up-to-date guide to the pricing by the networks, so far.
Vodafone have released full tariffs. But no pay-as-you-go at launch and no order date yet:

O2 have released pricing as well, but the iPhone 4 is only for their existing customers at launch. They're not doing pay-as-you-go at launch and again no order date.

And nothing so far from the other networks, including Vodafone. I looks like the big networks will be taking pre-orders on Monday, June 21.
If you want an unlocked, SIM-free iPhone 4, you'll have to get it from the Apple Store. But the shipping date from there has slipped to July 14.
