Well, the date has been sliding around a bit, but now it's official.Apple will be holding one of its "Special Media Events" in San Francisco next Wednesday, September 1st, starting at 6.00 pm UK time.
There been much speculation (please ignore the September 7 date!) about this event. And to be honest, it's still speculation.
On the cards are a new iPod Touch range of devices with video-calling and hi-res screens (almost certain).
iTV downloads in iTunes of American TV shows at 99c a throw (fairly certain).
A $99 iTV set-top box to watch iTV downloaded shows and apps so you can Facebook/Twitter/play games/read newspapers/browse books as you watch the shows on your TV.
Let the speculation run wild.
PS: What about an iPhone 5 with no antennagate problems (very very very unlikely).
