What's An Hour Between Friends.....

iPhone users in Australia and New Zealand have been getting a rude awakening.

Their iPhone alarms have been going off an hour early.

It all started when the clocks changed Down Under for Daylight Saving.  iPhone alarms didn't recognise the change and are triggered an hour before they're set for.

It only affects recurring alarms.  So the work-around is to get rid of recurring alarms and set daily alarms.

It's thought the same bug will affect other areas as their clocks change too....like on October 31 here in the UK when clocks go back an hour to GMT.

That means...err...our iPhone recurring alarms will go off...err...an hour...err... late. I think!

Anyway, it being reported that Apple is promising a software update soon to correct the bug.
