Japanese mobile operator, Softbank Mobile, is about to launch a free-iPad-on-contract deal.
You'll get a free WiFi+3G iPad, as long as you sign up to a two-year data contract at £36/$56 a month.
That's not a bad deal compared to what's on offer in the UK. Orange UK are launching an iPad contract, but the cheapest up-front cost is £199 with a two-year contract at £27 a month.
Softbank Mobile plans to launch its iPad contracts on December 3.
