UK mobile network Orange has revealed it pricing plan for an iPad on contract.
The up-front cost of the device will be £199 (16GB) £249 (32GB) or £349 (64GB). That's as long as you sign up to a two-year contract at £25 a month for existing Orange customers, or £27 a month for new customers.
For that, you get 1GB of data a month, plus another 1GB of data during what Orange calls "quiet time" - between midnight and 4pm - plus unlimited surfing at BT Openzone WiFi hotspots.
It doesn't specify exactly what an "existing customer is", so it might be worth trying if you've got an old Orange pay-as-you-go SIM lying around.
