Slingbox Releases iPad App

I know there are a lot of die-hard Slingbox owners, although I haven't used one myself.

It's a box you attach to your TV set-up and you can then watch TV, change channels and lots of other things, on a remote computer.

Well, there's now a Slingbox app for the iPad, so you can watch and control your home TV set-up with your iPad anywhere there's a WiFi or 3G signal.

It's quite pricey - £17.99/$29.99 - and it only works with the Slingbox Solo or Pro-HD.

Slingbox say it'll be available initially in the US and Europe.
