Thirteen-Year-Old Takes Apple To Court Over iPhone "Water Damage"

There have been arguments for ages over whether the water-damage sensors in iPhones are too sensitive.  The two sensors turn pink or red when they've been in contact with liquid.

Now a 13-year-old girl is taking Apple to court in Korea after Apple refused to repair her iPhone 3G under guarantee. The company said it had suffered "water damage" and the sensors proved it. The girl denies it had been damaged by water.

The girl is now claiming compensation. Her father says the ultimate purpose of the court action is to make Apple improve its service to other people in a similar situation.
