It's the excellent free Bump iPhone app. It's been updated so you can now share apps by bumping someone's phone with yours. Well, you'll send them a link to get the app from the Apple App Store.
If you don't know Bump already, it uses amazing technology that lets you share contacts, photos, music, diary dates and lots more simply by bumping your iPhone with another iPhone that's also got the app loaded.
