FaceBreak is a tweak for jailbroken iPhones that makes FaceTime video-calling work over a 3G connection as well as WiFi.
And it's just been updated to work on iOS4.2.1 and Verizon iOS4.2.6.
It fools the in-built FaceTime app into thinking it's on a WiFi connection when it's not.
FaceBreak costs $1.49 from the Cydia App Store on jailbroken devices.
