The MIC website in China has got hold of a case for the forthcoming iPad 2. It says it's not a prototype case, but thousands have been produced and shipped to the US.
This video seems to show that the new iPad - expected to be released in the Spring - will indeed be slimmer and will have front and back facing cameras.
