iPhone Alarm Glitch Strikes Again

Hundred of iPhone users in the UK and other Europoean countries are reporting their phone's alarm went off an hour late this morning.

It follows clocks going back an hour to British Summer Time yesterday.

It was earlier thought Apple may have fixed the long-standing problem with iPhone clocks when the time changes, but the glitch is still there.

Users have reported problems for the past two years.  It usually affects recurring alarms and a fix is to delete these and set a daily alarm for a few days.  The glitch ususally fixes itself after several days and recurring alarms can be used again.

It astounds many people that a device as sophisticated as an iPhone can have such a fundimental problem.

So far, Apple has made no comment.
