Sprint Tries To Block T-Mobile Buy-Out By AT&T

It's absolutely no surprise, but US network Sprint has lodged formal opposition to AT&T's plans to buy T-Mobile for $39-billion.

Sprint says the move will be anti-competitive:
“This transaction will harm consumers and harm competition at a time when this country can least afford it.”
The acquisition would create a carrier about three-times the size of Sprint as far as revenue goes.
