Untethered iOS4.3.1 Jailbreak Gets Closer

Good news if you're waiting for an untethered jailbreak for the latest iOS4.3.1 operating system for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.  Here are a couple of Tweets from hacker i0n1c and iPhone Dev Team member MuscleNerd:

So it would seem that one way or another, an untethered jailbreak could be out fairly soon. Untethered means you don't have to connect your iDevice to your PC each time you want to reboot it into a jailbroken state.

Will this unteatherd jailbreak work with baseband 04.10.1 and version 4.3.1 on a iphone 4 ?

As far as we know.... yes it will. The only doubt at the moment is the iPad 2.
