South Korea Joins Countries Demanding Answers Over iPhone "iSpy Row"

Update: Bloomberg is reporting that two people in Florida have started action to sue Apple for alleged invasion of privacy and computer fraud over the iPhone and iPad collection of location data.

Regulators in South Korea have joined the growing list of countries investigating if Apple is breaking the law by collecting location data on iPhone and 3G iPads.

It joins Germany, France and Italy following the revelation that owners' time-stamped locations are kept in a "secret" file which is transferred to computers during syncing.

The Korean Communications Commission is asking Apple how often the info is collected and saved and if device users have a choice.

So far, Apple has said nothing.
