A judge in the US has ordered Samsung to allow Apple to see unreleased smartphones and tablets. It's the latest move in Apple's claim that Samsung has stolen its designs and technology and copied them.
BGR reports that the judge told Samsung to hand over to Apple models of the forthcoming Galaxy S ll smartphone and two tablets, the Galaxy Tab 8.9 and the Galaxy Tab 10.1 among other devices. The South Korean electronics giant has 30 days to give Apple access.
Apple wants to see the devices to decide whether it will apply for injunctions.
