European streaming-music service Spotify has raised funding of $100-million amid reports of an expected expansion into the giant US market.
The UK-Swedish company is now valued at $1-billion.
It's thought the US move could be formally announced within weeks and it's reported Spotify has signed US deals with three of the big four record labels - Sony, Universal and EMI - and is poised to sign up Warner.
