We reported yesterday that Facebook's long, long, long-awaited iPad app was discovered locked away in the updated Facebook iPhone app and it was possible to unlock it.
That was until Facebook swung into action and blocked log-ins by people who'd unlocked the hidden app.
Well, the jailbreak community has retaliated...and you can now again use the Facebook iPad app, as long as you have a jailbroken device.
All you do is download the Facebook iPhone app onto your iPad. Then download a new tweak called "FaceForward" in the Cydia app store. After a Springboard respring, you'll have the Facebook iPad app up and running and you'll be able to log in.
It's not known why Facebook is being so cagey about launching the iPad version....probably so Mark Zuckerberg can do another Apple-esque media event.
