If you use Google Voice for VoIP calls, this could be a useful tweak for your iPhone.
GVIntegrated adds the option of making a Google Voice call in your built-in Phone application.
You can either have the tweak give you a choice of which call to make for each contact or set defaults for contacts.
GVIntegrated is for jailbroken iPhones and costs $1.99 in the Cydia app store.
