Apple has announced a one-day Black Friday "shopping event", which we're presuming is a one-day sale.
It's worldwide on Friday November 25, following the tradition of Black Friday sales in the US after Thanksgiving on Thursday.
There are no details of any bargains that may be on offer, but the event is in Apple Stores as well as Apple on-line.
We're thinking don't hold your breath too hard. Last year's Black Friday sale was fairly modest: there was £35 off all iPads and iPod Touches, the iPod Nano had up to £15 off and £81 was cut from the price of the 13" MacBook Air laptop.
The price cuts were only on some ranges. For example, the iPhone stayed at full price.
But quite what Apple is planning this year will only be revealed on Friday.
